Onsite/Offsite Service & Service Agreements
Equipment, Time and Materials - Responsive on-call service at your locations. A technician will troubleshoot and correct equipment malfunctions and return it to optimal operational condition. The standard service is available during normal business hours, five (5) days per week at a rate of $105.00 per hour or priority and 24-hour service is also available at a rate of $250.00 per hour for emergencies. Standard response time is next business day, unless otherwise requested. Charges are based upon the actual field service time plus cost of materials used during the service.
Depot Service - This service requires the customer drop off the product for repair at our Alexandria office location. An estimate will be provided prior to commencement of repair service. Most repairs are completed within one to three days dependant upon parts availability. There is a $90.00 minimum diagnostic fee which will be applied to actual service time charges, which is $105.00 per hour. Charges are based upon time spent and parts used to repair. A round-trip pick-up and delivery service is available for a $75.00 fee within a 15 mile radius of Micro-Serv's offices.
Annual Agreement - Micro-Serv provides comprehensive on-site maintenance service for all of the customer's products. This coverage includes all necessary parts and labor required to correct hardware failures. Next-day response time is standard. Other response times are available upon request. All charges are based upon a one time annual charge paid upon acceptance and commencement of the contract. All equipment must undergo a pre-acceptance technical survey to ensure functionality. Any items needing repair prior to acceptance will be noted and the customer may choose to have Micro-Serv or another contractor repair them.
Preventative Maintenance - Routine inspection, cleaning, adjustment and performance testing of equipment to ensure reliability and reduce the risk of disruptive failures is available as Preventative Maintenance Service through Micro-Serv. Any equipment malfunctions diagnosed will be reported, along with a cost estimate to return the equipment to good operational condition. Charges are either hourly at $105.00 or on a per unit basis dependant upon the quantity involved.
Software/Networking - Installation, configuration, and routine troubleshooting of software and networking products. Micro-Serv will provide a complete setup of your software and network configuration. We also provide software and data recovery. Hourly $160.00 or $250.00 for priority or after-hours service.
Help Desk Support - Micro-Serv has the ability to provide on-site help desk or support personnel on a regularly scheduled basis. We can tailor our packages to provide daily full-time support, weekly, monthly or anything in between. We will work with you to customize the frequency and duration of your support that best meets your needs.
